Is a 12:15 AM release still considered a midnight movie premier?

I'm planning on seeing Deathly Hallows, and the 12:01 showing is sold
out, but there's one more for 12:15. This is that last movie and I'd
like to say I saw the midnight premier. Is 12:15 still considered one?
