Does anyone know what this movie is called?

I hope someone can help with this, i watched this movie a few years
back and i really loved it.
A man comes back from the service hes some sort of a soldier coming
home, The movie starts out with just him and his daughter spending
time together, a few minutes in the movie they head to a gas station
to get things and on about to pay for there things a robber comes in
and trys to rob the place, he trys to be the hero and instead of
helping the man shot his daughter and he gets shot also. he sooner
wakes up in the hospital to find out that his daughter is dead. he
starts to look for the man who killed his child.

it seems like a 1990s movies to 2005 something like that, i cant
really rember what they looked like. the man was looked like a marine
i guess and the little girl had blonde or brown hair i think.
