Let me preface this by saying I have probably seen the movie 400
times. Now, hear me out. The van hitting the wall awakes them from
the hotel. Arthur dropping them in the elevator wakes them up from
the snow fortress... So why blow up the fortress? They were'nt
planning on Ariadne and Cobb sleeping on that level, so why would they
need that kick?
